Burnet Bluebonnet Festival

 

Right down the road from Lampasas is Burnet, Texas our in-district football rival and gateway to the Hill Country Lakes. They have a yearly festival that has been sorely missed.

The First Air Cavalry Show Band from Ft. Hood entertains the locals. You may 

remember the actual Cavalry and marching band from previous posts.

   The carnival is in town and attracts pretty girls and young children to the rides.

                       The Hill Country Flyer brings folks from Austin up for the day.
