Hawaii - Part II - The Party

This trip was largely to visit my niece and her family. Her oldest stepson graduated from high school this year. Friends and family came together, camped at the park near the beach for several days, and ate home cooked food.

Erica and I put this together this morning. 

I can't tell you the names of all of it, but
the tin foil package is Lau Lau. Pork wrapped
in luau leaves. The clear looking noodles on the
left are called "long rice". It's cooked with bits
of chicken. 

Good entertainment for your dining pleasure.
