Eaton Hill Nature Center. Small but interesting.

View from the top of the hill where the Eaton Hill
Nature Center is located. The red-topped buildings

Eaton Hill has a sense of humor.

Mr. Halbert, a local man, who donated the first angora goat to
 Annapolis for their mascot.

Mr. Halbert's, daughter and her friends were supposed
to be at SMU. They took their tuition and bought tickets on
the British Liner Athenia instead then telegraphed home
from Ireland to say they were safe. Unfortunately, on the way
to England, the Anthenia was torpedoed by the Germans and
sank killing all 1,000 passengers.

Undertaker's cooling board. A folding,
portable table used when embalming
took place in the homes. Note the extension
for taller people.
