Can't say I'm a big fan of LBJ or his lasting effects on our country with his Great Society programs, but he did get the Civil Rights Bill passed and brought electricity to the rural areas of Texas. We declined to tour the Texas White House for an extra fee. There are 700 acres that are a working ranch deeded by the family to the National Park Service. Even the ranch hands are federal employees. There are various family members that maintain their own property surrounding this 700 acres.

Watch for cattle crossing.

Air Force 1&1/2. Sam waving to the voters.

All terrain hunting vehicle.
The amphicar. Made in Germany. The only mass produced

1961 and 1968. 4 color choices. This is lagoon blue.

We have yet to attend one of the annual barbecues but
plan to do so in the future now that we are closer.
