Stopped at Big O's in Valera, TX for lunch. On to Eden where we played golf 9 holes. They have rattlesnakes so any ball that went into even ankle-high grass got to stay put. Not much in Eden, but there was some beautiful scenery along the way. Decided not to stay in the one and only motel in Eden and drove up to the O H Ivie Reservoir which is part of the Colorado River Municipal Water District. (it's the Colorado River in TX - not the other one). Found the Concho Park Marina which has a motel but they were closed for the day. Decided to stay at the Sportsman Lodge which is run by a nice old lady. A mostly quiet night and wifi is steady for our work this morning.
