50th Hatch Chile Fest

This was on the front page of the local paper and inspired our Labor Day road trip.

There is a Verde (green) and Rojo (Red) Hatch Chile Queen. When eating out you are asked if you prefer red or green salsa. If you want both just say "Christmas".
